Wielding 30 years within the insurance industry, Cindy Hill continues to refine her expertise in staffing as agency recruiter at the Battle Creek State Farm Insurance branch. There, she flexes her abilities best working independently, with focused organization and a passion for helping people get to the next level professionally. Her most important advice to young professionals is to earn an education, pursue your passion, and always maintain you integrity. Prior to her status as recruiter, Ms. Hill provided extensive learning and development, keeping abreast of and applying changes in her career through her on-going membership with CPCU Society of Southwest Michigan.

Ms. Hill prepared for this career by obtaining a Master of Science in insurance management from Boston University – where she also earned an advanced CPCU degree – and has earned numerous advanced insurance degrees. When she started her career, the insurance industry was very male dominated, which was initially a challenge for her, but as she and many other women advanced within their field, she finds herself today at the top of her professional game, and a seasoned advisor at the Battle Creek State Farm Insurance branch. Yet, as she continues to build upon her success at work, Ms. Hill’s greatest accomplishment is her family, as they encourage her to do the best in everything she pursues.

During her free-time, Ms. Hill supports the Multiple Sclerosis Society, and has done numerous 150-mile, two-day bicycle events.
