Initially, Jeananne Borderieux became involved in her profession because she was inspired to create a pleasant retail environment based on her experiences as a customer. Having worked in retail management for 30 years at Shop of Many Colors, she continues operations as owner, with a seasoned and refined expertise in operations management. There, she provides fashion accessory sales, outstanding customer services, buying, merchandising, and marketing. She attributes her success to her faith in God and to her belief that she has been guided in all aspects of her life. In five years, Ms. Borderieux hopes to expand her business and open another location.

Ms. Borderieux received a Bachelor of Science in mental health from Erwin Vocational Technical School, and has pursued business coursework at The Ohio State University. She is affiliated with her local chamber of commerce and supports the education of a Native American student at St. Joseph’s School in South Dakota. She has 12 children, 22 grandchildren and three great grandchildren. During her free-time, Ms. Borderieux supports the Maui Humane Society, The Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Foundation, The Humane Society of the United States, and Boys Town.
