Susan Rosenblum has more than 30 years of real estate experience as a full-time full service realtor. When she was in college, Ms. Rosenblum studied a wide variety of subjects, including real estate principles, real estate practices, real estate appraisals, legal aspects of real estate, property management, real estate finance, economics of real estate and contract law, as well as courses in ethics, agency, fair housing and risk management. She also studied courses for VIP relocation directors, referral coordinators, and 1031 exchange and investments. As as realtor, Ms. Rosenblum aims to deliver optimum service to buyers, sellers and corporate clients. It is a must to be efficient, knowledgeable and compassionate during the relocation process, be it across town or cross country.

Ms. Rosenblum attributes her success to being a professional. “This is my profession and my job, so I do it everyday,” she says. She credits the effort she puts in and continuing her education as a key element in her success. Ms. Rosenblum gives back to her profession and always stays on top of the changes taking place in the industry. Throughout her work-week, she lists and sells residential realty while handling contracts and disclosures, staging houses, and advises sellers on setting up their houses.

Ms. Rosenblum initially was going to be a teacher, and also worked at Home Savings. A real estate broker came in one day, took her to lunch and told her that she was a real estate agent. When Ms. Rosenblum was later told that there were no openings for teachers, she became a real estate agent. Previously, Ms. Rosenblum provided relocation and transferee work to the following clients: Southern California Edison, Southern Pacific Rail Road, Union Pacific Rail Road, Lockheed, The Gas Company, Toyota, Norton AFB, USAA, JPMorgan Chase, McCain Foods and other independent companies. She has worked as a realtor since 1984, and previously served as a VIP relocation director for a prior real estate firm.
