Monica Nylin has been in the business travel industry for 24 years, including 10 years as part and sole owner of eXcits. She was previously employed for 14 years with Nyman & Schultz, where she worked primarily as a business travel consultant, but also with the start up of in-house offices for two of Sweden’s large corporations. Ms. Nylin knows the business by heart but her main focus has always been to manage business travels that are more efficient for the customer.

Over the years, she has worked with development, project management, training and implementations of technology, customer contracts, travel policy development and almost everything else that is a necessity in the industry. She attributes her success to determination and hard work, as well as having a ‘never give up’ attitude, including her expertise in client relationships and understanding the importance of customer satisfaction. In the coming years, Ms. Nylin intends to experience continued company growth.
