Attributing her success to hard work, dedication and education, Angela Nader continues in her fourth year as president of Artisans on East and vice president of human resources at MinSec Holdings, LLC. An expert in talent management and employee relations, her daily responsibilities include leading the human resources functions for this portfolio company of two private equity firms, whilst developing professionally. She has also found networking, collaborating and partnering with like minded professionals has helped her grow as a business professional. In five years, Ms. Nadar intends on continuing her teaching, consulting and publishing.

Initially, Ms. Nadar became involved in her profession through an internship during her graduate school program in human resources, and she progressed rapidly from there. In 2010, she was awarded Mentor of the Year through the Villanova Graduate Program, where she was receiving a Master of Science in human organizational science and human resource development. During her free-time, Ms. Nadar serves as a senior advisory board member through Villanova’s Graduate Program.
