Having only been with RE/MAX Subruban for the past two years, Cyndy Hass has moved up to managing broker of the real estate firm. An expert in residential real estate, new construction, and land sales, she ensures the provision of property, re-sales, condominiums and townhouses is properly maintained through her staff. In five years, Ms. Hass hopes to build her firm to become the top firm in the area.

Throughout her work-week, Ms. Hass oversees the daily operations, including all brokerage agreements and continuous recruitment of real estate brokers. She also creates training programs for the brokers and hires administrative staff members. Ms. Hass attributes her success to her passion, hard work, and excellent client service.

Initially, Ms. Hass became involved in her profession because she was attracted to the real estate industry and found that she was excellent at sales.
