President of Corporate Alchemy, Dr.Sydney Scott brings an expertise in leadership coaching and writing for publication to her expansive clientele. As a business mentorship company and consultancy, she helps provide honed-in and seasoned services involving personal and executive management, talent recognition and development, and business to business services. In five years, Dr. Scott hopes to expand her company and publish her book.

Throughout her work-week, Dr. Scott oversees the daily business operations, whilst writing a book encouraging a belief concept to help influence those getting into their business. She attributes her success to wanting to help and coach others in their endeavors, and initially became involved in her profession because she loves to work with people with diverse backgrounds and creativity. Dr. Scott received a Ph.D. in leadership from Fielding University in 2009.
