Initially, Elsje Swanepoel became involved in her profession because she had a flair for software and computers. She started as an accountant 17 years ago, and has progressed in the field ever since. For the past 14 years, she has served as chief executive officer of Vizi Works. There, Ms. Swanepoel provides expertise in Sage ERP and CRM, Microsoft SQL server, ERP software implementation, and business intelligence and processes.

Throughout her work-week, Ms. Swanepoel oversees the finances, manages six consultants, works with her clients closely, and offers software support services. She attributes her success to her passion for good service and the education she received at North-West University while earning a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting and business management. In five years, Ms. Swanepoel intends to continue to grow in her business and serve her clients to the best of her ability.

Vizi Works specializes in the installation and support of Sage core products, related companion products and a host of vertical applications that add functionality to the basic modules. Its goal is to implement end-to-end enterprise-resource-planning systems that are relevant, add lasting value, and ultimately improve clients’ bottom line. Vizi is also a Sage-accredited training center. The highlight of Ms. Swanepoel’s career has been developing Vizi Works from the ground up and achieving corporate longevity.
