Inspired by an innate interest in encouraging the success of other businesses, Ms. Kelemen chose to pursue her current career path. In looking back, Ms. Kelemen now feels that she has been able to achieve her own professional goals because she is a strong communicator.

Entrepreneurial, dynamic and highly motivated, Ms. Kelemen feels her perseverance has been the strongest contributor to her success. She spent 30 years involved in retail buying and business, before moving into her current position as a consultant. When asked what advice she could share with young women entering the workforce today, Ms. Kelemen explained the importance of remaining professional under all circumstances in both appearance and behavior.
