Title: Organizational Psychologist, Change Management Consultant

Through her ability to make good business decisions, Jule Gray continues in her 18^th year of coaching. Currently as a organizational psychologist and change management profession, she consults with a list of clients to help them with their leadership development skills. In five years, Ms. Gray intends to become a vice president.

During her work-week, Ms. Gray organizes, designs and plans acquisitions, whilst making sustainable changes to companies. Initially, she became involved in her profession after gaining experience working for European consultation companies. Ms. Gray received a Master’s Degree in occupational psychology from University of Sheffield.

Since graduation, Ms. Gray keeps abreast of changes in her field through her memberships with the British Psychological Society. She also is involved with the alumni group at Sheffield University. Ms. Gray also obtained a Certificate in Screenplay Writing from UCLA and Certification in Psychometric Testing.
