Initially, Darelene Aloot became involved in her profession because she started with a computer company and saw the growth potential with the automation. 38 years later, she finds herself as vice president of Quantitative Management Consultants, LLC, the financial consulting firm that relies on her expertise in marketing, communication and strong contract management to provide information technology, quantitative statistical analysis and financial consulting. The most gratifying aspect of her career is enjoying what she does on a daily basis.

Ms. Aloot believes her success stems from being able to connect and build contacts with people throughout the years. Throughout her work-week, she maintains and establishes new business relationships, while managing procurements and proposals, absorbing as much as she can from others, asking plenty of questions.
