Early in ministry, Mrs. Noreen Williams-Gibbs focus was to help grow healthy and vibrant disciples of Jesus Christ. She used her energy to serve for many years as an ordained elder at her home church. She also served on the Board of The Reformed Church in America between July 2011 to June 2015.. Prior to receiving the call to full-time ministry, she worked in the field of social work for more than 15 years. She had the privilege of managing a department that was primarily responsible for guiding families from dysfunctional to leading healthy, productive lives. While working a full-time secular job for 23 years, Mrs. Williams-Gibbs served in many different areas of ministry. Her passion, however, has been in equipping, challenging, and supporting Christians to live spiritually transformed lives, coaching pastors and ministry leaders to create effective change in life and ministry.

Mrs. Williams-Gibbs is a Certified Congregational Coach. She received her coaching certification in 2008 from Hollifield Christian Leadership Learning Center in North Carolina. Since all training is fully aligned with the International Coach Federation (ICF), Hollifield graduates are highly prepared for the credentials with the ICF. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Divinity at the New Brunswick Theological Seminary in New Brunswick, NJ. In five years, Ms. Williams-Gibbs would like to continue ministering to people who do not find a fit in traditional religious organizations. Creating change and impacting local communities by ministering to their expressed needs and empowering women to live healthy, transformed, and empowered lives.
