Through hard work and long hours, Dr. Stephanie Freeman became involved in her profession because she had always wanted to be a doctor. Now, in her second year as an obstetrician and gynecologist, she continues to help provide services for MomDoc Women for Women. There, Dr. Freeman takes care of 100 pregnant women, meets her patients’ gynecology needs, and treats adolescents in the office and at the hospital.

As a woman in today’s world Dr Freeman feels that the support of her family and friends has contributed to her success. She is a member of American Medical Association, and American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. During her free-time, Dr. Freeman supports Open Door Pregnancy Center.

Dr.  Freeman’s advice to younger women entering the workforce is to find something you love to do and never settle. The organizations that Dr. Freeman currently is involved in has helped her and made a difference in her profession. In five years, Dr. Freeman hopes to earn a Master of Business Administration, and obstetrics and gynecology board certification.
