As a woman in today’s world, Ms. Grossman believes it’s the women who came before me and paved the way for others. She also prepared for her career through great mentors who critiqued in a caring way. Ms. Grossman is a passionate and quick learner.

The advice Ms. Grossman would share with the younger generation of women entering the workforce is not to be afraid. She suggests they sit at the table and have a presence, without being afraid to ask questions. Ms. Grossman’s greatest career achievement is being successful in a male dominated information technology industry.
