Elaine Arrieta chose her career in construction as a laborer, and has since worked her way up. The company she had worked for was closing, and she inherited their contracts. Since everyone knew Ms. Arrieta, she built her business into Arrieta Construction. 

Currently as president and chief executive officer, Ms. Arrieta conducts government contracts for doing very few residential properties. During her years, she has build relationships with her clients and only employs who she feels are the best in their field. Ms. Arrieta is an expert is entrepreneurship and small business administration.
