For 24 years, Judith Flandreau Dievendorf has been the owner and chief executive officer of Dievendorf and Company. She this career on her 30th birthday when she set out to do everything, so she took a good look into other fields, tried bookkeeping, and fell in love with the profession. She obtained a master’s degree in accounting, and currently is locked into doing personal transactions through appointment or customer review. Ms. Flandreau Dievendorf’s biggest challenges was initially opening her business with three children to care for under her wing.

As a woman in today’s world, Ms. Flandreau Dievendorf attributes her success to the fact that she cares about her clients and does what is in their best interest. She chose this career on her 30th birthday when she set out to do everything, so she took a good look into other fields, tried bookkeeping, and enjoyed it. Ms. Flandreau Dievendorf’s professional goal for the next three to four years is for her daughter-in-law to take on more responsibility in the company, as she mentored her.

Ms. Flandreau Dievendorf is inspired by her father, and wants to be remembered as a person who made connections with other people, as her father taught her how to do ethically and casually, even in business. She holds a membership with Viridian Energy, and supports Oikos Ministry Inc during her free-time. As well, Ms. Flandreau Dievendorf enjoys gardening bird and butterfly watching, listening to music, and spending time with her four grandchildren.
