As she helps manage these operations at Northland Painting & Sandblasting Ltd., including welding and foaming services, she builds her expertise in product development and administration. In five years, Ms. Parenteau intends to experience continued growth in her field, as well as the expansion of the business.

Throughout her work-week, Ms. Parenteau oversees daily business operations, including financial forecasting, customer services, staffing, scheduling, licensing, strategic planning, website development and bookkeeping. She attributes her success to her innate ability to run the company, and initially became involved in her profession because her husband began in the field. During her free-time, Ms. Parenteau serves as a treasurer for Biggar Recreation Valley.
