Company: Transformedia LLC

Location: Pittsburgh, Penn.

Celebrating 32 years at Transformedia LLC, the personal development media provider, Dr. Mramor continues currently as chief executive officer. With expertise in stress and health, real conscious living, and effects of media use on relationships and parenting, she helps create personal developmental services through using her media resources to her advantage, including writing, public speaking, television, radio, internet interviews, and teleseminars. Dr. Mramor attributes her success to following her inner guidance, working hard, tuning into the needs of the public and a deep inner connection to people.

Throughout her work-week, Dr. Mramor organizes transformational media, counsels, conducts workshops, prepares scripts for radio and television, and writes for magazines, newspapers, and websites. She also provides individual psychotherapy services, having taken courses in stress management, which changed her way of life to one devoted to mind, body and spirit health and conscious living. Initially, Dr. Mramor became involved in her profession by being one of the first people to publicly present the idea of stress management in children, completed research in the area and presented it internationally.

Dr. Mramor does public speaking at the American Psychological Association Women’s Health Conference, the International Behavioral Medicine Conference, and the European Stress Management Conference. In 2006, she received the Most Successful Woman in Western Pennsylvania award through the Coalition of Visionary Resources for her book ‘Spiritual Fitness,’ the same award won by the Dalai Lama’s book that same year. She also earned a Ph.D. in mind, body and spirit for children through the Saybrook Institute. In five years, Dr. Mramor plans to expand her work with Real Conscious Living through publications, public speaking, webinars, workshops and articles and blogs.
