Throughout her work-week, she serves as the office manager, where she books appointments, contacts clients, maintains the general administration of the company, and ensure client satisfaction before, during and after their transportation needs have been met. Prior to joining Thomson Coachlines, Ms. Thomson worked as a coach, tour and travel guide at National Level.
