Garnering 43 years of hospitality services experience, Agneta Trygg continues in her 17^th year as owner of Summit AB. As a conference centre, Summit AB relies on her networking and promotional services to help maintain and develop the client-base. Ms. Trygg’s work-week consists of overseeing all aspects of running the conference centre, which includes a multitude of coordination, scheduling, and her well rounded ability to lead various teams at alternating times.

Ms. Trygg attributes her success to working a lot, having family in the same business, being honest and trustworthy, and gaining the friendship of her peers and staff. Initially, she became involved in her profession when she started up an advertising agency and moved onto recruitment from there. During her free-time, Ms. Trygg runs the non-profit organization, Trygga Barnen Foundation.
