When Hattie Norman-Robertson was a little girl, she wanted nothing more than to become a nurse. Now, she serves as an administrative supervisor at St. Catherines in Smithtown, treating the nursing profession like a business, managing and running her section with fluid operations and excellent patient care. As her biggest strength is keeping her motivation and others on a positive and frequent basis, this is also a challenge she faces daily in order to progress her medical team within their daily shifts. The person who inspired Ms. Norman-Robertson most is her father, who believed in her and pushed her to always strive for more.

Ms. Norman-Robertson has earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Public Administration, while also certified in CPR and as a Legal nurse Consultant. Her greatest accomplishment to-date is building a well for fresh water with an organization in Africa. Her professional goal is to make a clinic in Africa for mothers to deliver their babies and to also do some major work in the health care arena. During her free-time, Ms. Norman-Robertson volunteers with DAV, NAPP, and the Leukemia Foundation.
