Ms. Lapointe has owned and operated an esthetic studio for 28 years, starting right out of school. Previously, she was a flight attendant for nine years with Air Canada. She has done teaching in the past. She is also active with an eCommerce company for Canadian organic skincare products. In five years, Ms. Lapointe hopes to pursue personal interests and wants to keep the business strong.

Initially, Ms. Lapointe became involved in her profession because she was always interested in the esthetic industry, and her mother and sister were both hairdressers. She has received a Certificate in Business Administration from University of Ottawa, a Certificate in Business Administration, Ontario Management Development Program, a Diploma in Esthetics, Versailles Academy, with honors, and coursework in Spanish, University of Ottawa. She is also a Certified Yoga Instructor. Ms. Lapointe attributes her success to her discipline, patience, perseverance, and having realistic expectations.
