Ms. Hayden has more than 40 years of experience in the securities industry, beginning at Reynolds Securities. She then joined Kidder, Peabody & Co. Inc. for 10 years, and was later hired by PaineWebber/UBS Financial Services, Inc. in 1989. Ms. Hayden has held managerial, marketing, training and investment management consulting positions in both the broker/dealer and investment advisory industries. In the investment advisory area, she has held director of marketing and client relationship roles, primarily at Roxbury Capital Management. She is an active member of Investment Management Consultants Association.

The most gratifying aspect of Ms. Hayden’s career are her great mentors who believe in her, and shepherd her along her career path. Her greatest career achievement is managing to stay active in her industry for more than 40 years, and still having a passion for it every day. In five years, Ms. Hayden plans to continue delivering excellent service to her clients. She also aims for continued growth in her current role.

Initially, Ms. Hayden became involved in her profession because she was looking for work and was networking with a group of her friends, who advised her that they needed someone in this industry at an entry level. She decided to try it and was good at it, so she went on to pursue this career path. She is committed to making her clients’ concerns her concerns. Ms. Hayden attributes her success to hard work and a great work ethic. She also credits her father, who was a great mentor and role model.
