Initially, Mrs.Catherine Greenhalgh involved in her profession because when she worked in a nursing home, she saw the lack of basic services and dignity the residents faced. She wanted to offer a more home-like and resident-centered care for the seniors, so she opened up her first residence in 2010 and expanded to a new home in 2014. In five years, Mrs. Greenhalgh hopes to expand her range of services and raise awareness, working with legislators and officials to provide funding for this alternative method of residence for elders.
