Having served the wastewater systems manufacture during her entire professional endeavors, Ms. Close provides acute practice supplying the mining sector and other industries, both commercial and domestic. Her husband, Malcolm, is the managing engineer for the company.

As an expert in bookkeeping and account management, Ms. Close oversees all the company payroll, human resources and general administrative work. She attributes her success to hard work, and being able to effectively manage accounts and demonstrate people management. Initially, Ms. Close became involved in her profession because it is a family-owned business.

Ms. Close received commercial coursework training in wastewater systems manufacturing. She has kept herself abreast of advances with these systems through various clean-technology associations. In five years, she expects continued growth and expansion of the family business.
