As a construction company, SimplexGrinnell relies on Cristy Slavin’s seasoned leadership as a project manager. Helping provide fire detection and alarm, sprinklers and extinguishers, suppression, security, and health care communications, she continues to remain a strong figure in the fluidity of these operations. Ms. Slavin believes it has been her hard work, natural ability to lead, and charismatic personality that attributes to her continuous success.

Throughout her work-week, Ms. Slavin plans, executes and closes projects, manages teams, aligns projects to business goals, manages stakeholders, communicates project statuses, milestones, and unexpected difficulties effectively. She is also an expert in life-safety, fire alarms, project and manpower oversight, designing systems, and low voltage. Ms. Slavin received a Bachelor of Science in health and sports medicine from Saint Mary’s College.
