Celebrating five years as partner and chief operating officer at Bullet, the marketing and advertising company, Afsaneh Berjis continues to builder her expertise as a leader in the fields. There, she provides consulting for advertising agencies while specializing in the creation of streamlined, integrated production solutions by radically yet intelligently evolving existing practices. In five years, Ms. Berjis hopes to continue to grow the company.

Throughout her work-week, Ms. Berjis oversees the daily operations, including contacting clients and building. She also maintains new and existing professional relationships and helps agencies reorganize so they can be profitable. Initially, Ms. Berjis begame involved in her profession because she has a background in marketing and advertising.

In 1984, Ms. Berjis received a coursework in broadcast journalism and writing at Boston University. Outside of learning from her business experiences, she keeps abreast of changes in her profession through her membership with Advertising Agency Professionals. Ms. Berjis is also a business owner/partner and founder of ARM, Armory and phARM, an outsource production department for advertising agencies and brands.
