She finds motivation in providing women with artisanal jewelery to expand their confidence and mentality. She attributes her success to her family, as well as the support that she receives from her wonderful company. Ms. Biocca’s advice to women starting out is to be persistent, examine the company you choose, and be sure they support you.

Ms. Biocca’s efforts as a professional have been inspired by her grandmother, as someone who was tenacious, goal-driven, never took no for an answer, and being very progressive for her time. Her professional goals currently are to continue to help woman feel better about themselves, train others, and provide a product and service which appeals to women. Ms. Biocca overcomes the challenge of staying focused on business through her ability to communicate well, train others, her product knowledge, and recruitment.

Through her professional endeavors, Ms. Biocca would like to be remembered for help women become independent and discover themselves in the process. One organization that has been particularly beneficial to her has been the East By Women’s Network. She has also earned numerous training awards from Cookie Lee. During her free-time, Ms. Biocca supports breast cancer organization, the Church of Christ mission work, and the Bay Area Rescue Mission’s Women and Families Shelter, as well as read, travel and exercise.
