Upon receiving a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio (with cum laude designation), Jaime Denney realized she had no desire to sit in an office. She loved working with people and being in the service industry, but has had a very high level of energy, and saw this field as a match between working with people and providing them with a great experience. It wasn’t until later, after becoming an expert in business leadership, change management, creative problem solving, team building, and strategic planning did Ms. Denney find her niche in operations management.

Today, Ms. Denney serves as vice president of operations at Aramark in Roswell, Ga., the customized food service solutions company. Her daily operations there consist of building, growing and retaining talent within the challenging retail industry, while creating and driving strategic plans for various pilot retail projects. She also follows through on maximizing drive thru operational efficiencies, and working with financial, construction, information technology support operations and opening store teams, as well as the HR director and employee relation. In the coming years, Ms. Denney intends to grow and continue working with key strategies.
