A personal development expert, Frances Hudson retires 22 years of her professional life to her ownership of Lille People Preschool. Prior to her retirement, she ensured the continues success of her preschool by hiring and training an excellent staff of educators, leaving it in the hands of administrators and care-takers that will always preach her legacy as founder. The most gratifying aspect of her career is watching the children grow into responsible adults.
Ms. Hudson attributes her success to her caring nature and passion for her work. Initially, she became involved in her profession because of her interest in helping children. She received an Associate of Arts from Northern Virginia Community College with Magna Cum Laude designation, and has since built upon her professional endeavors since. During her free-time, she supports the Animal Rescue League, Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund, Boys Town, The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Orphanages in Africa, and American Legion and Foreign Legion.
Since graduation, Ms. Hudson keeps abreast of changes in her profession through her memberships with the National Association for Family Child Care, NASEY, The Virginia Alliance of Family Child Care Associations, VASEY, Operation Smile, and Prince William Family Child Care Association.
