Mrs. Tammy Shepherd began her career with H&R Block in the same office she now owns as a receptionist. She took a tax class, became a tax pro and then office manager. After 12 years she bought the franchise. 2015 will be her third year as owner. Mrs. Shepherd serves the Michigan areas of Three Rivers, Kalamazoo and St. Joseph county.

Mrs. Shepherd’s areas of expertise include accounting, tax preparation, business services such as payroll and bookkeeping. She has received a certificate in accounting, marketing, and business management small business specialist. To keep abreast of changes in her profession, Mrs. Shepherd holds memberships with the National Association of Notary and Three Rivers Chamber of Commerce.

The most significant memberships Mrs. Shepherd holds are with the National Association of Professional Women and AOLA. She believes these two support her role as a leadership within her professional endeavors, as well as create personal initiative to advance personally.
