Pamela Runge’s goal with her company Peer Innovations, LLC is always to make a difference and to help others either by teaching, training, creating jobs and/or innovating new products. Through successful motivation and educated efforts, she guidelines her workflow with basics, balance and believe in order to find “So What?” by making a positive outlooks for her company. Ms. Runge’s main mission in a male dominated industry is to make an impact between the manufacturer and dental provider.

Ms. Runge began in her career when she started as a clinician working in the dental professional upon receiving a Bachelor of Science from Washington University. She then went on to obtain an MBA from Linwood University, and wanted to take her leadership and mentoring expertise to a more personal level. Through strong relationships building and empowering mentorship, Ms. Runge went on to open Peer Innovations, LLC, where she launches new products, studies the market, and operates a team of sales professionals.

Throughout the years, Ms. Runge’s greatest accomplishment was the courage to pull together her assets for something that will make a difference in the profession and take her career to a higher path. Her professional goal is to help others create professional freedom and build the tools to help them achieve their goals. During her free-time, Ms. Runge enjoys living a balance life, spending time with family, sports and vocal performance.
