Celebrating her first year as a lawyer and director at Jennings Packer Lawyers, Kimberly Packer is dedicated to maintaining the progressive law firm’s diverse range of business, commercial and property transactions legal services. A tri-lingual in English, French and Japanese, she holds to her commitment to provide tailored solutions with a cost effective mind-set to maintain quantifiable outcomes for clients. Ms. Packer draws upon nearly 10 years of legal expertise to maintain proven excellence in client retention and satisfaction.

Previously, Ms. Packer was an associate lawyer at Beck Legal for more than two years. She also managed the property department as special counsel at Clayton Utz, Darwin for five years. This was her first position in the legal field, undertaking development and planning work including high density residential developments, joint venture agreements and advising private and government clients in relation to property and planning issues. Since beginning her career in 2007, Ms. Packer has become an expert in document drafting, contract and constitutional law, real estate transactions, commercial litigation, joint ventures, and providing general legal advice.
