Ms. Eder is a spiritual mentor and entrepreneur of a healing consulting company. She has a passion for watching her clients’ dreams come true. Ms. Eder is a certified Reiki practitioner as well. She attributes her success to knowing how to delegate for clients and when to ask questions. She also attributes her success to saying yes when she wants to say no. This year marks Ms. Eder’s 20^th year at Enlightened Environments, currently serving as director and consultant.

Enlightened Environments is a consultancy that provides healing and transformation consulting, including coaching services, in Santa Barbara, Calif. As an expert in helping her clients achieve their goals, she works with them to coach on start-up projects, assist in forming relationships, and help acquire staff for their businesses. Looking ahead, Ms. Eder would like to become a master of certain skills that she is working on. Additionally, she wants to use the tools and skills that she has built throughout her career for a higher purpose.

Ms. Eder became involved in the industry after learning how to conduct therapy on herself when she was 15 years old, because there were no therapy services available to her. Throughout her life, she was able to find inspirational mentors and ended up as an international tour guide before reaching her current role. Ms. Eder is currently earning a master’s degree in theology, with a concentration in sacred arts.
