Ms. Ferguson is the founder and president of the company’s women’s initiative and co-founder of the corporate-wide mentoring program. She excels at execution and getting things done. In 1997, she signed three of the largest real estate deals in Manhattan. In five years, Ms. Ferguson will expand in her role, wrap up work next year and find another challenging project.

Initially, Ms. Ferguson became involved in her profession because in college, she had an interest in two areas, accounting and engineering. She got her first job in public accounting with Peat Marwick Mitchell. She attributes her success to treating people well. Ms. Ferguson is able to persuade people to do things they normally wouldn’t do by treating them well and empowering them.

Ms. Ferguson has 32 years of experience in project management. She is currently serving in her fourth year as vice president of global workplace strategies and services for McGraw Hill Financial Inc. She received an MBA from Columbia University, and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. During her free-time, Ms. Ferguson volunteers with the University of Notre Dame.
