Attributing her success to hard work, work ethic, desire to learn, and mentorship support, Johanna Maher Rahal continues to garner 25 years of expertise in strategic planning, currently as officer of the sales and marketing division at Rahal Letterman Racing. Through the auto racing team, she helps them provide fluid operations in the IndyCar and the American Le Mans Series. In five years, Ms. Maher hopes to continue in her current position and expand her client base.

For the past nine years, Ms. Maher has provided for Rahal Letterman Racing by managing and procuring new businesses for the race team through sponsorships and business partners or vendors. Initially, she became involved in her profession while working for a client of Rahal, when she was recruited by the company. Since graduating from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts in statistics in 1991, Ms. Maher keeps abreast of changes in her profession through her membership with the Direct Marketing Association.

During her free-time, Ms. Maher is an executive director at the Bobby Rahal Foundation, and supports the Taproot Foundation.
