With nearly 20 years of human resources expertise under her belt, Beverly Kramer continues in her third year as area human resources manager for Land O’Lakes.  There, she offers human resource leadership and support, negotiates contracts, and oversees communications, safety, community relations, benefits, and employ labor relations. She also focuses on systems improvement, utilizes total productive maintenance programs, manages talent, and builds empowered cultures. Ms. Kramer’s greatest career achievement was being able to balance both her personal and professional life.

Ms. Kramer has served as a teacher from 1990 to 1995. She resides in Mountaintop, Pennsylvania, with her husband Brian and their children Brian Jr. and Victoria. Brian Jr. is in the United States Navy and is currently serving his tour of duty in the Mediterranean region. Ms. Kramer’s persistence and goal-oriented nature separates her from her peers. Ms. Kramer has earned a Master of Science in organization and management from Misericordia University and a Bachelor’s Degree in English, Kutztown University.
