Having become involved in her profession because of her previous experience in working on Wall Street for 20 years, Donna Napolitano was conducting work on bonds and had exposure to mortgages, but wanted to be on the other side of the business. From there, her interest in law had developed. She then decided to attend law school, which she very much enjoyed. Now, for the past 12 years, Ms. Napolitano has been working for Berkman, Henoch, Peterson, Peddy & Fenchel, P.C. as a legal services provider.

Ms. Napolitano is seasoned in federal and state civil litigation, commercial litigation, and municipal government, and currently handles litigation, legal research, civil litigation, legal writing and municipal law. Prior to joining Berkman, Henoch, Peterson, Peddy & Fenchel, P.C., she worked for Bureau Chief, General Litigation, Office of the Nassau County Attorney. Ms. Napolitano received a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Hofstra University, and received a JD at Touro College in 2003.

Throughout her career, Ms. Napolitano has been listed in Super Lawyers, and is still considered a top women attorney in the New York Metro Area. In five years, Ms. Napolitano plans to continue working in law and provide excellent service in her area. She really enjoys representing the government and would like to continue on that career path.
