Specifically, Dr. Adrien oversees project and program evaluation in developing countries through various professional networks.

Initially, Dr. Adrien became involved in her profession because she was awarded the opportunity to work abroad. While in the profession, she obtained a Ph.D. in administration and policy studies in education through McGill University. Since graduation, Dr. Adrien keeps abreast of changes in her profession through her memberships with the Program Evaluation Society Quebec, Canadian Evaluation Society, and International Development Evaluation Association.

During her free-time, she supports the YMCA of the USA. In five years, Dr. Adrien intends to maintain the firm with its developing links and assure sustainable succession.
