Whether it is her love of finance and math, or love of clothing, jewelry and makeup, Bernice Morgan has enjoyed every minute in the past 30 years as an independent consultant at Mary Kay, Inc. As she first practiced on friends and family, she worked up to selling on a regional level, now providing her passion for fashion, caring for skin, makeup aesthetics, and unique jewelry to existing and word-of-mouth clients. Either through individual, party, or event occasions, Ms. Morgan feels as though her talent within the beauty and wellness industry has always been stirring up, and is happy to now get more people aware of all the skin care that is available for their benefit.

In 2013, Ms. Morgan was selected sixth in the top 10 national Mary Kay Inc. annual sales consultants. Her initiative as a consultant is to be remembered in the lives of her clients as making a difference in how they feel about themselves through the products she can provide. To young female professionals entering a new career path, Ms. Morgan advises, “Choose a career that you enjoy and one that makes you marketable. That way, you can work in a wide variety of industries.”

Previously, Ms. Moran worked for Lockhead Martin as a finance manager, is a certified public accountant, and also pursues financial consulting on the side. She also designs women’s fashion that she’d like to get into boutiques in Africa, garner more girls to put on the runway with her fashion, and expanding her branding and product-line. During her free-time, Ms. Morgan pursues memberships with NAPW and the ASCPAS and enjoys spending time with her children.
