Company: Carolyn and Karen Spiritual Healing House
Location: Chicago, Ill.
Reverend Candace Gunn has been serving the Carolyn and Karen Spiritual Healing House for three years. There, they believe that every woman who has been diagnosed with “breast cancer” should know that it is a fact but not the truth, and by bringing women together for spiritual and physical healing, miracles really do happen. The Carolyn & Karen Breast Cancer Awareness Program believe that with the Word of God, breast cancer survivors deserve the right during and after discharge to receive the best after care, emotional support and rehabilitation possible. Specifically, Reverend Gunn promotes spiritual growth through prayer and meditation, a continuum of care, medication management, individual and group counseling sessions, and provides a holistic medicinal approach to her clients.
Reverend Gunn is a staff minister at Power Circle Congregation, holding the position for nearly 20 years, where she oversees monthly meetings and occasionally facilitate a meeting, assisting the congregants with whatever needs they may have, and give spiritual counseling to whoever is in need. She became involved in the Carolyn and Karen Spiritual Healing House to honor her sister, Karen, who she lost to breast cancer. At Power Circle Congregation, she oversaw monthly meetings and occasionally facilitate a meeting, assisted the congregants as well whatever needs they may have, and gave spiritual counseling to whoever was in need. Reverend Gunn believes her on-going success stems from her hard work and prayer attributes, and always doing her at the best of her ability.
