With stacks of clients’ continued referrals, Shauna Lane keeps strong in her third year as realtor and associate broker at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Towne Realty.  Within her seventh year in the real estate industry, she provides seasoned expertise in negotiations while buying, selling and listing property in and around the Chesapeake, Virginia area. In five years, Ms. Lane intends to obtain her broker’s license and expand her team.

The highlight of Ms. Lane’s career was helping a particular family buy their first house when they did not think it could be done. Initially, she became involved in her profession because while she was purchasing her home, her agent did not educate her on the process and what to expect. From that point on, she decided she wanted to facilitate smooth transactions for her clients. Since then, Ms. Lane has earned an Associate Degree in Business Management from East Carolina University, and has been certified as relocation and short sale specialist.

Ms. Land has received the Chairman’s Circle Award and earned the Circle of Excellence. During her free-time, she supports the Muscular Dystrophy Association Inc. and Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters.
