With 17 years of retail banking under her belt, Jacquie Boles continues today in her fourth year as director of the financial services provider, Industrial Bank. Throughout the state of Maryland, she manages eight branch locations, equipping managers with the tools required to lead successfully. She oversees the daily operations of the bank’s retail bank network, ensures the profitability of the bank, and serves as a key liaison for the bank and local organizations to promote the economic health of the community. Also, she focuses on innovative ways to enhance the client banking experience through the development of her sales team. In five years, Ms. Boles plans to grow within the company.

Prior to joining Industrial Bank, Ms. Boles worked as investment sales manager at SunTrust Bank and district manager at Bank of America. Through Bank of America, she earned the community investment president’s award and the diversity award. She also wields a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bowie State University and draws upon her memberships with the National Association of Professional Women and the diversity council through Bank of American to keep herself abreast of changes in her profession. Ms. Boles believes her on-going success stems from her education and family values.
