Mrs. Manning is the published author of an inspirational book called, ‘One Step Closer,’ which is available on Amazon and in book stores in Kentucky. She writes under the name Geri Manning. The highlights of her career were earning a Garden State Party Sales Tupperware Distributorship in Cherry Hill, N.J. and receiving the ‘Wings of Success’ for highest percent sales growth, earning trips and awards such as diamond rings and cruises, growing in confidence and growing in positive thinking. She also says setting goals and working daily to stay on track is essential. In five years, Mrs. Bare-Manning intends to continue to help others achieve their dreams.

Prior to joining BeautiControl, Mrs. Bare-Manning worked for Kentucky Education Television in the programming department before joining Tupperware in 1972. In 1979, she took over Garden State Party Sales in New Jersey and in 1983, she joined BeautiControl. She attributes her success to her faith, and outstanding sales training from Tupperware and BeautiControl, as well as the encouragement she has received from friends and family. Mrs. Bare-Manning became involved in her profession because she was made aware of color analysis in the early 1980s. She was intrigued by the idea and the company and joined the team. She was immediately successful and quickly promoted.
