Company: International Center for Women On Purpose

Location: Sea Girt, N.J.

For the past four years, Marybeth Gregg has brought her life coaching company to new heights as founder and president. Through the International Center for Women On Purpose, she helps provide organizational assistance, programs for women who need life coaching in order to find their purpose in mid-life and discover the job or work that can be their next career, and assistance for women regarding clarifying their focus, discovering new opportunities and creating a personal action plan in Sea Girt, N.J. Ms. Gregg believes her entrepreneurial success stems from her curiosity regarding education, desire to better herself, and working with great mentors.

Initially, Ms. Gregg became involved in her profession after becoming burned out from a career in corporate human resources. She had the skill set in human resources to be able to help other women, and realized that she could benefit others who go through the same professional mid-life transition in life. Since then, she has refined her expertise in corporate human resources, product and program development, marketing, individual client evaluation to determine the best road map for their goals, and life and business coaching geared towards small to medium sized business. Now, she works with internal structures, helping women during their mid-life years, such as empty nesters, early retirees, and those completing school, to find their purpose in life.

Previously, her work history was in human resources for more than 20 years. In late April 2014, Ms. Gregg launched a video series on how to love your life, which is available on YouTube. She has received a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts and psychology at the West Chester University. In the coming years, Ms. Gregg would like for her company to be known as the go-to resource for women seeking professional changes in their career.
