She is known to the community as a business owner with a kind heart and a warm smile. At any time of day owners stop in just to have a cup of coffee and get her advice on many different issues pertaining to the industry. People are welcomed by Ms. Hinds and her staff to come in and get out of the weather to see what is current on the market for affordable housing. She ensures the atmosphere of her company is warm, cozy and inviting, just as if it were their very own Home Sweet Home.

Ms. Hinds attributes her success to both the quality of her owners as well as her tenants. It is her personal determination to provide the best customer service in the Gray’s Harbor area, and that comes with a lot of good old fashioned hard work on the part of her staff and herself. Initially, she became involved in her profession after being an assistant manager in Sparks Nevada for a 263-unit complex. Then she moved back to Washington State to be closer to her immediate family, and worked as a bookkeeper for other property management companies. After being encouraged by coworkers and co-Realtor’s to open her own company to represent those in need of housing, and after long hours of studying and passing her Designated Broker’s License, Ms. Hinds decided to open her very own company, Home Sweet Home Property Management.
