Through the coaching and consulting firm, she provides services to entrepreneurs, mid-level managers, line managers, staff and executives involving strategic goal achievement assistance, successful change and process implementation, and leadership skill integrations and enhancement. Specifically, Ms. Camos hones in on her expertise of individual and group evidence-based coaching, leadership development, change and process implementation, and customer service enhancement.

Ms. Camos attributes her success to her passion for her profession. Initially, she became involved in her profession because of the experience she gained working with two universities as a program coordinator supervisor. Currently, she’s in the pursuit of a master’s degree in organizational development at Fielding Graduate University, having already received a Master of Public Administration from the University of Alaska Southeast in 2008. In five years, Ms. Camos hopes to have a national and international client base.
