Each step of Helen Schwoerer’s career has been important both personally as well as to her family. Completing Level Three Master Trainer Certification in 2008 was extremely rewarding. With her new direction as district merchandising execution manager for The Home Depot., she expects to also achieve great things. In five years, Ms. Schwoerer intends to become a store manager and experience professional growth.

Ms. Schwoerer attributes her success to the inspiration and work ethic she received from her father. Her family drives her to continually strive for excellence. She went to The Home Depot originally to find a temporary position. Instead, she found a career in which she can make a difference in the lives of both customers and co-workers. Training and leadership have become a passion for Ms. Schwoerer at this point, instead of them being part of her job.
