Ms. Marsh conducted presentations at international conferences in America, Brazil, Europe, India, Egypt, Siberia and South Africa on topics such as improving performance for individual, team and organizational levels through customized solutions and facilitating strategic and transformational change projects. She has also worked as a marketing coordinator and staff development manager. She was responsible for the training and development of 4,000 staff members and was jointly responsible for 10,000 staff members.

Currently, Ms. Marsh is writing a book on her vast experiences titled ‘A Bird’s Eye View.’  And ‘Spilling the Beans.’ In June 2009 she was invited to lecture at Cambridge University as part of a master’s degree course in a session entitled ‘A Question of Perspective is your Message Received and Understood.’ She has also covered topics including conflict resolution, leadership development, mediation, operations and management and communication skills. In five years, Ms. Marsh hopes to travel the world and share her experiences through public speaking.
