Now entering her eighth year at the information technology company Soluciones Integrales RFID, Silvia Cahue draws from 26 years of experience in business design and innovative vision. As a provider of information technology and systems integrations, Soluciones Integrales RFID relies on her to seasoned expertise to expand and satiate their client base’s needs. Ms. Cahue does all this by drawing upon what she learned through earning a diploma from Universidad Panamericana Sede México in 2003.

Throughout her work-week, Ms. Cahue oversees the daily operations, including loss reduction, strategic planning and management. She also searches for suppliers and continues to build solutions. Ms. Cahue attributes her success to perseverance and believing in herself. She is also willing to share her experiences with others.

Ms. Cahue also helms a business in San Jose, California. There, she serves as founder of A.M.E.C.E., and provides services at COPAMEX and Miembro de Consejos. In five years, Ms. Cahue would like to establish an institute for people to share their knowledge, and become president of a corporation.
